"We had a wonderful stay at Pam and Mike’s charming casita! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt fresh and newly renovated. Perfectly sized and comfortable for two, it made for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—just minutes from Santa Ynez wineries, Cold Spring Tavern, and only a quick 15-minute drive up the hill from Santa Barbara. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This studio looked just like the pictures. The bed was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I was able to unpack my clothes into the dresser to make my stay more comfortable. The bathroom had more than enough room. Overall my stay was great and I’d book here again. The host was very kind and communicative. "

"Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! "

"Communication was excellent! The house was very clean, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Like others have said the bathroom is small, and it is an interesting layout where you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to main areas from the back bedroom.Beds were comfortable but the sofa sleeper mattress is a bit thin. Although it’s close to a gas station the home was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful. We hope to stay here again. "
