"What an incredible house! Owners even provided a locally themed welcome gift! Plenty of space for our family of 5 with wonderfully outfitted kitchen. Loved the outdoor space! We made all of our meals in the house. Murphy’s Market in Trinidad and the Coop in Arcata are great grocery stores. We were able to visit the beaches and redwoods from this location easily. "The house was adorable and perfect for our relaxed little family of four and fur kids. We are easy going and really don’t need too much. With that said it was a rainy weekend and the walk from our vehicle to the house was extremely wet, socks, shoes, bottom of pants soaked. A nice little stepping stone walkway would be awesome. "We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties. This was one of the best. We enjoyed the proximity to the various redwoods parks, grocery and eateries, as well as some lovely beaches. The kitchen was the best-equipped, neatest we've encountered. The place was just the right size for two, and the ability to walk down and sit looking at the ocean was a bonus. A positively sumptuous bed was only slightly offset by the fact the couch is not very comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, so I can't speak...

"Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "

"Pues en un inicio mal por diversos detalles que por fortuna lograron corregir al dia siguiente. Creo que la actitud del personal de apoyo y mantenimiento, trato de compensar muy bien las fallas pero aun asi, dejando de lado el aspecto humano, la infraestructura del hotel aun con la remodelación queda abajo en la espectativa. Un detalle tan basico como el que, en este tipo de lugares vas prácticamente a dormir y usar el baño y pues no convenció. Consejo: consigan inodoros mas grandes porque esos que estan colocando, parecen diseñados para niños de un kindergarden."
