"A Wonderful Stay in a Charming CottageMy daughter and I had a lovely stay in this charming cottage, set in beautifully maintained grounds. The peaceful surroundings, combined with access to a swimming pool, made it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Ocho Rios town is only a 7-minute drive—very convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return the next time we’re in Ocho Rios."

"Nice quiet resort if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. Nobody was yelling into a loudspeaker or trying to sell anything on the beach. It was a really nice time. Service was a bit slow but with a smile. If you’re looking for a place to party, this isn’t the place. The beach is clean and there’s lots of chairs/daybeds. The room is spacious and was clean. "The hotel needs to be updated.......water in bath running slowly......toilet makes a lot of noise when flushed.....no activities at hotel......people can look through keyhole of our door.......hotel door definitely NEEDS to be updated! The pot used to carry the hot water for tea at breakfast time was dirty and broken. Tea cups not clean properly....House cleaning was not daily......toilet dirty......AC leaking on balcony.....The location is excellent....the ocean is just at the back of...

"We go to Jamaica yearly for Reggae Month; this is the longest time I’ve stayed in Jamaica- an entire month. We normally stay in all-inclusive hotels, but this time we wanted to stay longer in a villa for a bit more privacy. Patiently waiting, the villa was everything. we expected and more. Chris, the manager, and Alvin, the owner, were the perfect hosts; we couldn't ask for any more, and the villa was perfect and great value for money. "

"We stayed at the Cottage for a period of 5 weeks, Jan. to Feb. 2025. The Cottage was cozy and the perfect size for a couple. We had everything we needed and there is a supermarket a 15 minute walk away. The Caretaker Chris is a great host and always ready to help when we needed it. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.The beach is exactly a 5 minute walk away and the food at the beach restaurant is amazing. It was a very relaxing vacation."
