"We stayed here with friends for a youth sports tournament. The property was 15-25 minutes away from everything we wanted to go to. This was a great home-base, with plenty of room for everyone! We enjoyed the patio and gazebo in the morning for coffee and cocktails in the afternoon. The kids had plenty of space to spread out and the hot tub was a great addition. "

"For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided."

"My finance and I stayed here for one night. It was a nice place. It was affordable, cleanly, and decorated very well. The location was cool because it was a stones throw from the beach. However, the surrounding neighborhood was a little sketchy. I would also suggest that the host provide some basic cutlery like forks and spoons. There was some plastic spoons provided, but there were only two. A very small complaint for an otherwise lovely stay. "

Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. There are gas stations, coffee spots, grocery stores, taco shops, and freeway access. The home was set up just right. I loved that there was lots of space to spread out.
