"This was a fantastic place for my husband and I to stay while attending a family wedding. The check in instructions were spot on. The studio is beautiful, very warm and inviting. The view from the balcony is amazing. We highly recommend as a great place to getaway. "

"Great location, very central and close to shops and restaurants. However, the apartment is quite dark, the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable—I had trouble with video calls. With a few improvements, it could be a much better stay."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Charming Jem very much! It was decorated adorably and well appointed with any items you could possibly need. Katherine was so easy to communicate with, and a gracious host! There is a grocery store within walking distance that has the best Mexican food, made daily and a tamale stand as well. Friendly neighbors and even my dog made a new friend next door. I would definitely stay again:)"

"This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more "
