The home itself is clean, cute and super comfortable. He has also stocked the home with everything you may need during your stay. "We stayed in Villa Teatro which has a private deck with ocean views. Upon arrival, we realized our unit hadn't been cleaned. The staff was quick to remedy our situation and refunded our cleaning fee for the inconvenience. So many amenities within walking distance: grocery, restaurants, shopping, but most of all the BEACH! Our villa had everything you could think of to make your stay pleasurable. It was furnished with beautiful paintings by the artist Wyland. The only negative was the sofa bed....

"We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! "
