"We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again! "

"What a delightful stay! I felt spoiled from beginning to end. Proximity to the pier was fabulous! the complementary drinks and stocked kitchen was also appreciated. The ONLY negative comment is that the upstairs tenants need to be told to walk and talk quietly before 8 am. I was woken up both days at 6:30 by them. Other than that, I had a great time, and will definitely come again."

"This house, although vintage from the 70's, was more than we expected. It is kept up quite nicely, extremely clean, and all the comforts of home are there for you. Dana Point on the beach is amazing. This is the third home we have stayed in. The mattresses on the beds were great, the kitchen although small for more than two people at a time, had everything you needed and it was so organized. We didn't use the back bedroom but it had 6 bunk beds. The patio with the waves and views are...

"What a great place to stay and the view is beautiful. Difinetly stay more than one night. Clean and comfortable with lots of air with great ocean sounds to sleep too. So easy to walk to pier and short drive to town. Thanks again."
